Ensource is a trusted partner in revenue cycle management, delivering services that span medical coding and auditing, education, denial management, early-out services, medical record review, and more. For more than 35 years, we have supported hospitals, health systems, and physician groups nationwide.

In early 2025, Ensource expanded its capabilities through Professional’s acquisition of Elevate Medical Solutions and VARO, and we now have more than 300 employees nationwide. These organizations now operate under the Ensource brand, and together, they broaden our expertise and enable Ensource to provide clients with a more comprehensive range of services than ever before.

Who We are

At our core, the same trusted leadership and credentialed teams continue to guide daily operations. Elevate’s leadership and operational teams—including President Jenny Cox, experienced managers, auditors, and credentialed coders—remain in place, as do the leadership teams of VARO. In fact, our people are our greatest strength. With managers averaging 25 years of experience and holding advanced industry credentials, Ensource is recognized for its depth of expertise and personalized service.

At Ensource, clients continue to work with the same trusted experts they’ve always known, now backed by expanded infrastructure, innovative tools, and a broader range of solutions to support long-term financial success.

Our Locations

Ensource combines national reach with a strong local presence. Our headquarters is located in Springfield, Oregon, with an additional office in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Our medical coding leadership teams are primarily based in the Midwest, with many being located in Madison, Wisconsin, ensuring a close connection to the providers we serve.

In addition to our main offices, we maintain remote teams across the United States, never offshore. This ensures coding accuracy, faster onboarding, and streamlined communication during U.S. business hours. Clients also benefit from stronger management oversight, experienced teams, and the assurance that all work and data security remain fully within the United States.

We are also committed to community-based hiring. Whenever possible, we reinvest in the same communities our healthcare clients serve by prioritizing remote hires in those regions. This approach not only supports local economies but also ensures our team members bring valuable insight and connection to the communities they serve.
